Meet the team

Soulphyre Integrative Health was created in 2011 by owner-operator Ashlee. Ashlee started off as a nurse before moving to England where she became a Personal Trainer completing her Advanced diploma in personal training and sports nutrition as well as a diploma in life coaching.

Later she returned to Australia with Soulphyre and the well established online training platform she had created. Her hunger for knowledge and love for movement saw her complete a Diploma in remedial therapy followed by a advanced diploma in myotherapy. She followed specialising in many unique massage modalities , providing her with 38 very specific techniques to use to tailor treatments for clientele. This helped Ashlee bridge her knowledge to become a Clinical movement specialist working with clients with complex conditions and working in a holistic approach to pain management.

This soon followed by a diploma in beauty therapy which is where she fell in love with skin Rejuvenation and skin health, this fuelled her passion for making others feel beautiful and could help provide that level of self care.

This moulded the business to become a one stop shop for Fitness, Beauty & Massage (FBM).

Ashlee's love for study and being at the forefront of the health industry saw her take on a further associates degree in 2022 later becoming a Integrative Health practitioner with and additional Global certification in Trauma and Tension release Exercises (TRE) and certification in psychotherapy. 

In 2024 Soulphyre Integrative Health moved away from being affiliated by its trades and focused on a holistic care model focusing on combining conventional and complementary treatments.
