Personal training, massage therapy, in home care, beauty therapy, psychotherapy, nutritional and supplementation education.

Soulphyre Integrative Health travel fees are typical inclusive of travel fees however is the customer/ service user is outside of 20km from BUTLER W.A there is a $50 travel fee.

Soulphyre Integrative Health accepts NDIS and is in the process of becoming a registered health care provider with majority of private health insurers and will be able to offer rebates. 

Soulphyre Integrative Health provides invoices upon completion of all treatments and therapies - invoices are asked to be paid in full within 7 days or late fees apply.

Business bank details for bank transfer are provided on the invoice.

If paying with cash and a receipt can be provided upon request please be advised therapists do not carry change so please have the correct money for your treatment.

Soulphyre Integrative Health stores all intake forms, informed consent forms and private information, notes, pictures, videos and other documents obtained by the therapist/ trainer  - within encrypted secured software and within locked folders on the therapists/trainers devices. A request of release of any personal documents can be arranged by asking your therapist/trainer. All information is confidential and only passed on to other health professionals upon written consent from the client.
